What’s the difference between a Star Reacher and a Star Winner?
Small consistent efforts.
Winners are not born from big bold moves, they’re made from taking small actions every day, in small and significant ways.
You just have to know where to focus your efforts.
If you are a F&I Manager participating in the Lightstone Star Reacher F&I Awards programme, here are five winning ways you can earn points and reach for the stars:
1. Generate VAPs electronically:
Earn points by creating and signing VAPs electronically via Signio. The more VAPs you sign, the higher your score.
2. Lead your way to the top:
Earn points by sending all insurance leads through the Signio system. The more leads you send, the higher your score.
3. Conduct KYC checks:
Earn points by using our systems to complete KYC checks on all clients. Not signed up yet? Contact your area consultant.
4. Complete DOC entries:
Earn points by finalising all DOC entries after payouts or VAP signings. You have a month to complete the previous month’s DOC entries.
5. Complete the latest DSI survey:
Earn points quickly and easily by regularly checking your Star Reacher page on Signio and completing all available DSI surveys. New surveys are available each Quarter.
Remember, we’re only five months into the 2024/2025 Lightstone Star Reacher F&I Awards programme, which means you still have seven months to rise and shine! The sooner you action our top tips, the faster you’ll start earning points and become a winner!
