Role Overview
The Desktop Support Agent will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide IT Desktop Support to Coaxle Group users.
- Troubleshoot Hardware and Software issues.
- Setup and configure IT hardware.
- Test network connections.
- Attend support meetings and give feedback on progress / problems.
- Train end users when new software or IT regulations arrive.
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate
- A+ and N+ Certifications
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- 3-year IT Diploma/Degree – would be an advantage
- MCSA/MCSE Certification – would be an advantage
Technical Skills
- Windows Operating Systems
- MacOS
- Office 365
- ITIL working experience
