Role Overview
A Team Manager position has become available at Lightstone F&Iservices. The position is available to a fully qualified F&I Manager who wants to become part of a dynamic, growing team.The successful candidate will be leading a team of F&I Managers in providing F&I services to the dealer market. The candidate should be knowledgeable regarding the motor industry, which should include a broader understanding of the dealership environment.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide guidance in growing this business unit through innovative thinking.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with dealer customers
- Implement automation driven processes
- Manage the financial forecast and budget for the business unit
- Have a very good understanding of the applicable regulatory environment.
- Potentially fulfil the Key Individual Role under the Lightstone FSP
- Ensure the team stays up to date with regulatory changes
Requirements/Qualifications
- Fully FSCA recognised Fit & Proper qualification
- Being a fully qualified and registered (current/previous) KI will be beneficial
- Additional FAIS-, FIC-, NCA- or industry related qualifications will be beneficial
Experience
- Minimum 5 years F&I experience
- Sales environment experience will be beneficial
- Team management experience will be beneficial
- Customer management experience will be beneficial
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Basic MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have a very good understanding of the Signio system and -reports
Non-Technical Skills
The following non-technical skills would be advantageous:
- Being able to motivate and lead a team of F&I Managers
- Innovative approach to business
- Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate with clarity and confidence
- Attentive to detail and passionate about data
- Must be willing to work as part of the team. Must also be willing to do day-to-day F&I work if required
