Role overview
As an Insights Product Owner within the Property Product team, you will workclosely with the analytics teams and client relationship managers to design anddeliver new insights products while enhancing the existing portfolio. This rolerequires a self-motivated, independent, detailed, and pragmatic individual whocan coordinate projects across various teams, contributing to the ongoingdevelopment of both new and existing solutions. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills and experience in managing product portfolios areessential. You will report to the Head of Product for the Property division.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field
- Role-related certifications advantageous
Experience
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in product ownership, preferably with analytical,financial or digital products
- Experience in roles that require data interpretation.
- Experience with Agile Methodology (SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Facilitation skills
- Business analysis background; business process mapping / modelling

Key Responsibilities
Product portfolio & role:
- Understanding overall product solution and driving current and futureproduct strategy, with input from analysts
- Link between sales team and analysts from a solution and optionsperspective; ensuring the analytics teams fully understand the problemfacing the client, in order to bring their best skills to creating the appropriatesolutions
- Input into commercial discussions and proposals
- Idea Generation, in conjunction with analysts
- Impact Assessments with input from Analytics and Sales
- Business cases including estimated revenue, cost, and time for all relevantteams
- Participating with Sales person on scope clarification, market research andactive participation in scoping sessions
- Communicating the impact of changes to client
- Conducting solutioning workshops with internal/external clients and deliveryteams
- Complete ownership of the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, up to date,transparent, and clear to all, and reflects business priorities
- Optimising the value of the work the analytics teams perform througheffective prioritisation
- Tracks total work remaining at least every sprint and compares to previoussprints to assess progress by the desired goal, and makes this infotransparent to all stakeholders
- Ensuring TFS reflects product view
- Runs Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective (whererelevant)
- Reporting on the progress of sprints, projects and strategic initiatives usingburndown, velocity and forecast charts
- Updating Product Head and PO Forum with project tracking and forwardplanning
- Retrospective business case reviews with Finance.
