Role Overview
As a Graphic Design Intern specializing in UX/UI and Printing Design, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our design initiatives. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs.
Your responsibilities will include utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for various design tasks, assisting in the creation of mailers and newsletters, managing SharePoint files, exporting graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. You will also engage with Figma to manage assets and contribute to our central design system.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Everlytic, SendGrid and HubSpot for creating mailers and newsletters.
- Proficiency in Figma or willingness to learn.
Non-technical Skills
- Strong organizational skills for managing SharePoint files and document version control.
- Keen eye for design consistency and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the design field.
Responsibilities
Adobe Programs Proficiency
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator for various design tasks.
Mailers and Newsletters
- Assist in creating and assembling mailers and newsletters using Everlytic, Sendgrid and HubSpot.
Graphic and Illustration Export
- Administer the export of graphics and illustrations for easy use by others.
Template Setup
- Help set up templates for user guides, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents.
Brand Audit
- Conduct brand audits to ensure no old logos or outdated system screenshots are in circulation.
Figma Asset Management
- Assist with renaming assets and adding them to our central Figma design system.
