Role overview

  • Administration
    • Vetting and verification of all FSP and FAIS representatives as per FSCA requirements and our internal standing operating procedures.
    • Capture information on the CRM system database.
    • Upload documentation to an electronic filing system.
    • Communication of verification outcomes to Services Managers and Dealers.
    • Prepare, print and distribute relevant certificates and documentation to Dealers and Services Managers.
    • Loading debit order and manual payments via billing processes.
    • Request invoices as required by our SOP.
    • Assist with enquiries and complaints.
    • Attend meetings, seminars and training sessions.
    • Reconciliation of purchases and expenses paid.
    • Attend to payment releases and refunds.
    • General duties, as required.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Matric.
  • Reliable transport.
  • Computer literate Outlook (Email), Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Experience

  • 3 – 5 Years General admin experience.
  • FSP, FAIS knowledge (advantageous).

Technical skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy is essential.
  • Meticulous with a strong focus on detail.

Non-technical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Must have strong admin skills
