Role Overview
Business Transformation Specialist
The Business Transformation Specialist is responsible for driving and managing comprehensive change initiatives across the organization.
This role involves leveraging skills in digital transformation, customer experience, marketing, UX, business analysis, project management, and go-to-market strategies to optimize business processes and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
2. Digital Transformation:
- Lead the integration of digital technologies to improve business processes and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for digitization that align with transformation goals.
- Manage the lifecycle of digital projects from inception to deployment.
3. Customer Experience and Marketing:
- Use UX methodologies, customer insights, and analytics to drive decision-making and improve customer journeys.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with transformation goals.
4. Business Analysis and Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement business process reengineering strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions and track transformation success.
5. Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of transformation projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the transformation process.
7. Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to support staff during the transformation.
- Measure the impact of changes and adjust strategies as needed.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field, AND / OR 5+ years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, project or product management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, prototyping, CRM, analytics tools).
- Proven experience within the Auto industry/FinTech services sector would be advantageous.
- Solid experience using a variety of project management methodologies.
- Firm understanding of the project lifecycle and delivery models (Waterfall/Product/Agile).
- Solid experience in working in a multi-discipline team fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and facilitation skills.
