Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Support Agent to join our high-performing Lightstone Auto Admin Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and customer support across our full range of Lightstone Auto products, ensuring timely, efficient, and professional service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support requests from internal and external customers across all Lightstone Auto platforms.
- Deliver timely responses and resolutions via calls, emails, and system tickets.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring follow-through until resolution.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lightstone Auto products and assist in auditing and updating product information.
- Support system users to ensure uninterrupted access and usage of Lightstone Auto platforms.
- Manage documentation and administrative tasks with precision and organisation.
- Contribute to a streamlined support process by identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum Education: Matric / Grade 12
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in an admin, customer service, or support centre role.
- Proven experience using a CRM system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics (3+ years preferred).
- Formal training or experience in professional telephone and email etiquette will be advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Lightstone Auto systems will be advantageous
- Strong administrative and digital filing skills
Non-technical skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
