The ceremony, held at the Sandton Convention Centre, recognised Lightstone’s Artificial Intelligence Valuation Model, which is also accredited with the European AVM Alliance (EAA) and is transforming the way properties are valued across South Africa.
The RESIDE Awards celebrate excellence in real estate innovation, honouring the most impactful advances in technology, customer service, and industry transformation. Chief Analytics Officer at Lightstone, Paul-Roux de Kock said Lightstone’s AI Valuation Model stood out for its accuracy, scalability, and ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions, providing stakeholders across the property value chain - from buyers and banks to developers and agents – with real-time data-rich insights.
