Paul Marshall

Managing Director, Lightstone Auto Cluster

Paul Marshall is a seasoned leader with a wealth of knowledge in strategy development, property, automotive, supply chain and logistics, financial services, commercial, operations and people management. Paul has been with Lightstone for more than six years, successfully leading Lightstone Property as Managing Director prior to his current role at the helm of Lightstone Auto. He is a Chartered Accountant, holding a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance.

Sara Winstone

Managing Director, Lightstone Property Cluster

Sara Winstone has two decades of experience in the property and banking industries in the United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa. Sara has been with Lightstone Property since 2013 and was Lightstone Property’s Chief Financial Officer prior to her appointment as MD. Sara is a dynamic leader who is passionate about people and solving complex problems with simple solutions. A Chartered Accountant, Sara also holds a Honours degree in Finance and Economics.

Paul-Roux de Kock

Chief Analytics Officer

Paul-Roux De Kock leads Lightstone’s team of data science and business intelligence innovators. He is responsible for the development and execution of Lightstone's analytics and Artificial Intelligence strategy and keeping Lightstone ten steps ahead of the industry. In his 11 years at Lightstone, Paul-Roux has been instrumental in establishing the company as the leading industry expert on asset-related decisions through insightful research, analysis, and market commentary. Paul-Roux holds a BCom, Insurance (Actuarial) Science and a BCom. Hons, Econometrics.

Musa Nhlapo

Head of Marketing

Musa Nhlapo spearheads Brand, marketing and external communications initiatives that support Lightstone’s business strategy. She drives collaboration with other senior stakeholders at Lightstone to define and guide strategic communications and marketing strategy across the board. Musa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science and is committed to driving Lightstone’s marketing efforts forward, ensuring brand equity and market expansion.

De Villiers du Toit

Head of Systems Architecture and Platform Development

De Villiers du Toit has been the vanguard of transforming Lightstone into a platform business and building the technology to support that transformation. Leading multiple development teams within Lightstone, across Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Logistics and Retail industries, De Villiers holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science as well as an executive education certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloane.

George Palmer

Chief Information Officer

George Palmer is passionate about conceptualising and implementing innovative technology-led solutions that change ways of doing business. With his strong track-record of leadership in Information Technology, he manages teams of technical experts in Database Management, Infrastructure (both on-premises and cloud), Networks, Security (cyber and systems), and user and systems support. George holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science as well as a Higher Diploma in Education. He also completed an executive education certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloane.

Nhlanhla Mabuza

Head of People (HR)

Nhlanhla Mabuza is an experienced Human Resources Professional driven by a desire to create an enabling environment for individuals to thrive and discover their purpose, Skilled at HR strategy development, staff engagement, change management, Nhlanhla is also a qualified Life Coach who dedicates time to coaching, mentorship and training others. Nhlanhla holds both a National Diploma and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, as well as Coaching for Development and Professional Coaching Course (PCC).
